NestHug™ orders ship early January for our first batch.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow standard carrier transit times once your package is in transit.
Because NestHug™ is produced in small batches, shipping timelines may vary slightly. If there is ever a delay, we’ll communicate clearly and promptly.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your NestHug™.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If there is ever an issue with your order (damage, defect, or concern), please reach out — we’ll take care of you.
